Disruptive Behavior: Anyone being disruptive or unkind will not be able to continue classes at the ART house. A positive, respectful environment is a must for concentration.
Payments: Payment for a class or camp is due prior to the first class. We charge $10 for camp or class changes. No shows without prior notification will not be given a refund or store credit.
Class attendance: Prompt arrival and dismissal are required. If you arrive 10 minutes late to class you will no longer be admitted and must reschedule. We charge $1 a minutes for late pickup with a 10 minute grace period.
Missed Classes: All classes are working on the same project each week, so to ensure that the student does not miss that week’s lesson. A makeup class request must be made within the same week We will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee a seat will be available in other classes. There are no refunds for missed classes.
Withdrawals & Transfers: Please submit withdrawal and transfer requests in writing. Non-attendance does not constitute a formal withdrawal.
Refunds are available if there is at least two (2) weeks notice prior to the beginning of the first class. Refunds in this case impose a 10% fee. An option to refunds is to transfer to a different available class, or to transfer the seat to another student OR to accept a full credit to be used for future classes, camps, or parties.
Refunds due to unforeseen circumstances: No refunds or credits will be offered if classes are in session regardless of weather. Other request will be considered but refunds are based upon non-discounted classes.
Parties: If a scheduled party cannot be attended, credit for future class or party can be given. A party must be canceled no less than two (2) weeks prior to the event allowing the $50 deposit to be returned. If the party is changed to a different date less then one week before the party starts a $10 re-booking fee is charged.
Gallery items: Refunds for gallery items must be can be made within 10 days of purchase. Artwork damaged by a customer must be purchased.
Marketing: Periodically, photographs will be taken of artwork and classes to be published in Art House promotional materials. Identification of minors will never be disclosed without written permission of the parent or guardian.
Privacy: Customer e-mail addresses and phone numbers are private and never sold.
